Mission Statement

The Greater Woodbine Chamber of Commerce is committed to providing quality services, fostering and creating opportunities for business and success and business development, and serving as an effective catalyst for the economic growth and prosperity of our community.

Vision

The Greater Woodbine Chamber of Commerce seeks to provide legendary leadership committed to business advocacy and economic prosperity through partnerships, access to valuable and innovative resources, and unprecedented service to Woodbine and its surrounding area.

Role

The role of the Chamber of Commerce is to create and develop business, commerce and industry within the Borough of Woodbine and its greater surrounding area. The Chamber is committed to providing quality services and creating opportunities for success for our member businesses. To achieve this, we focus on networking businesses through our member base, providing member businesses with Internet exposure, providing opportunities for business member discounts, and striving to create new and innovative initiatives to revitalize and benefit both the businesses and community residents of Woodbine.

Membership

The Chamber serves as a conduit for professional business relations between its members, the community in general, and various local and state business agencies and entities. Chamber members listed in our Directory are proven business people and professionals who provide convenient, quality service and products. When our businesses prosper, the local community benefits, with improvements to schools, roads, safety and quality of life. Not only do the business members underwrite progress through their annual Chamber investment, many also lend their time, talents and resources as business volunteers to tackle the important business and community development issues that impact the future of our dynamic community.

Meetings

Regular general meetings of the chamber are held at least quarterly. All members receive timely notice of those meetings in order to facilitate scheduling. Time and place will be communicated. Highly valuable networking meetings are also scheduled during the year at area restaurants and hot spots, providing an extraordinary opportunity to meet and exchange ideas with fellow business owners, managers and supervisors.
